Rodriguez & Associates Offers Customized Gender Integration Workshop at KPMG New York

KPMG’s Hispanic, Latino and Women networks sponsored its first strategic workshop designed to provide a solid understanding of issues related to gender perceptions that impact performance at work. Conducted by Rodriguez & Associates, the workshop included tips and exercises that gave attendees a clear sense of direction for implementing change.

Designed as an open enrollment event, the room was filled with 40 KPMG women from all departments, with various levels of seniority and experience.

Rodriguez Dennehy Conducts Coaching and Mentoring Session for Katz ELP Program in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Elisabet Rodriguez Dennehy offered a two-day session on Coaching and Mentoring as part of the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business ELP program in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Participants included executives from Dow Brazil, Motorola, Oxiteno, PWC, AES and Itautec. This is the fifth year that Elisabet has conducted this program in Brazil.

Rodriguez & Associates Develops and Delivers Module for Duquesne Women Executive Leadership Program

Rodriguez & Associates developed and delivered the module Global Issues in the 21st Century for the Duquesne Women Executive Leadership program. A few of the topics covered were:

  • Dealing with leadership in a global context.
  • The challenges of leading across cultures and building multicultural teams.
  • How to communicate effectively with people from different cultures.

Rodriguez & Associates Helps UniCredit Launch Diversity Initiative

UniCredit CEO Alessandro Profumo launched a women/diversity initiative program in 2008 in the belief that by “properly managing talent, and in particular gender diversity, UniCredit will be able to achieve a sustainable business model for the future.”

UniCredit’s Women Team in the Czech Republic acted upon Profumo’s mandate and retained Rodriguez & Associates to implement a comprehensive program to help UniCredit achieve its goals.

To help UniCredit develop and build strategic skills, Rodriguez & Associates began by offering a series of modules in Prague, including “Self Awareness,” “The Power of Mentoring,” “Managing Conflict,” and “Managing Stress.”
