A recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Tyler joined the Rodriguez & Associates team in the summer of 2013 working to strategically develop the business. Since joining the team Tyler has been involved with multiple projects internally to enhance business processes including the development and maintenance of social media channels, and streamlining business processes to better handle the needs of our growing business.
In addition to managing internal business processes, Tyler has also been extensively involved with our list of clients, including high-caliber Fortune 500 companies, to understand and coordinate organizational change initiatives to establish, obtain, and maintain performance metrics based on company vision statements and Human Resource objectives. He works closely with Elisabet in the instructional design of training programs offered by Rodriguez & Associates in order to make the learning experience more efficient, effective, and appealing for participants.
He routinely engages with our clients to ensure that all project needs and goals are being met. This includes conducting post-event performance evaluations to ensure that expectations on outcomes are par with our set objectives, and coordinating events that bring satisfying outcomes for our clients.
Prior to working with Rodriguez & Associates, Tyler has worked within the retail sales industry training and advising new sales associates of tactics to successfully relate, engage, and advise customers of product offerings both in stores and online, to ensure the best customer satisfaction during their shopping experience.
